Unfortunately a family member of Ian’s past away recently and he has posted on his facebook fan page that he will be staying in retirement. The full statement read:
“To all my fans and friends, I will NOT be fighting at all this year. Its been a very hard two weeks for me, with the passing of a family member. I was all ready to fight but the death has put things into prospective for me. I will now hang up my gloves for ever and concentrate on coaching MMA. I hope you all understand. I’m so sorry … thank you all.”
All his fans, including myself send our condolences and our prayers and thoughts are with Ian and his family.
